Year 7 is our most common intake year for both day students and boarders. However, students are able to start in any year group and at any point in the school year, where places are available.
All registered students are automatically added to our waiting list. The waiting list includes all registered students and the year they intend to begin at Scotch College. As your preferred school start date approaches, our Admissions team will get in touch to confirm your interest in a place at Scotch College. To confirm your place, you are required to pay the confirmation fee and submit the provided enrolment documents.
If you opt to select a later start date, our team will contact you again at that point in time.
If you decline your offer, we will keep your child on our waiting list for the following intake year while retaining their original application date.
Your child will return to our waiting list for the next intake year, retaining their original application date. Please keep in mind that all places are dependent on the number of students entering each year and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a place, should you defer your offer.
